Publication Opportunity and Participation Fee
On-site (face-to-face) participation at the university campus: 1500 TL (One thousand five hundred Turkish Lira).(35 USD)
Online participation: 1000 TL (One thousand Turkish Lira) (23 USD).
The fee will be charged only to researchers whose submitted abstracts have been accepted.
Researchers whose abstracts are rejected will not be required to make any payment.

After completing the payment, the confirmation page included in the confirmation email must be sent to the symposium’s email address.
Researchers who do not make the payment, or who fail to send the confirmation page by email after payment, will not be allowed to participate in the symposium even if their abstracts have been accepted.

Publication of Symposium Papers
All paper abstracts will be published in the official SYMPOSIUM PROCEEDINGS BOOK with an international ISBN number.
Papers selected by the Scientific Committee will be published in specialized volumes prepared by the members of the Organizing Committee. Each volume will be dedicated to a specific field or theme, and the selected authors will benefit from having their papers published as book chapters in an ISBN-registered book by an international publisher.
High-quality selected papers will also be published in Balagh Journal, which is indexed in international field indexes and can be used for associate professorship criteria and academic incentive evaluations.
Attendance without a paper:
Researchers, faculty members, and postgraduate students may attend the Symposium as listeners without submitting a paper.
